Who it's for
A faceless channel is a channel where the author never appears on camera. Viewers come for the story — a documentary about a Soviet space shuttle, a true-crime case, a top-10 list, a science explainer. The money comes from monetization: the platform shares its advertising revenue with you.
Documentaries, history, explainers and true crime of 8–20 minutes — the format where RPM is highest.
Vertical videos of 30–90 seconds for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat.
One topic, several audiences: a version of each video for another language, with its own voice and edit.
No editing experience needed. You describe what you want in plain words; Kadr's AI knows how a good video is built.
How it works
You decide how your channel looks and sounds one time. After that, every video starts with a single message.
Choose the voice, editing style, templates, captions, music and length once. That's your channel's default brief — Kadr fills it into every new chat. 27 ready-made profiles help you start.
“A 10-minute documentary about the An-225 Mriya.” Or paste your own script. That's the whole task.
It writes the script, records the voice-over, finds footage, adds motion graphics, captions and music, then checks its own work. Watch every step live — or go to sleep.
Open the finished project, change anything by hand like in CapCut, and render. Footage credits and a ready YouTube description come with the file.
Speed and quality
Real numbers from «Buran», a documentary about the Soviet space shuttle, made with Kadr on a Claude Max subscription.
first cut from scratch: script, voice, footage, graphics, captions and music
a version in another language with a new voice and translated graphics
of the 5-hour limit and ≈ 2 % of the weekly limit for the first video
of the 5-hour limit and ≈ 1 % of the weekly limit for a translation
Kadr edits like an editor: cuts on the beat, motion graphics from a designed system, captions that never cover the titles, music ducked under the voice and loudness ready for YouTube. Before it finishes, the AI runs a quality check on real frames and fixes what it finds.
Measured on one project on Claude Max ($200 per month). Your time depends on the video's length, the AI model and your computer.
What's inside
Nine things that set Kadr apart — and over a hundred more on the features page.
Kadr works with Claude Code, Codex and 15 more AI agents, or with your own API keys. In Full auto it doesn't stop to ask — only your daily spending limit can stop it.
Voice, style, templates, captions, music and length, saved once per channel. 27 built-in profiles in 7 categories.
Queue videos for the night. Kadr waits out your subscription limits, continues after the reset and can shut the computer down when everything is done.
Titles, lower thirds, maps with historical borders, infographics and transitions. Import from After Effects (Lottie) and DaVinci Resolve (Fusion), or let the AI design a new one.
Finds footage by meaning, keeps a rights report and writes credits next to every export. Covers watermarks.
Pace, transitions, graphics, sound and colour in one preset: cinematic documentary, fast Shorts, calm explainer and more.
Free built-in voices plus ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Google, Azure, Cartesia and others. Your own cloned voices work too.
See how much of your Claude or ChatGPT limits each video used — per run, per project, with a forecast.
Finds unreadable text, gaps, overlaps and broken channel rules on real frames — and fixes them.
Localisation with a new edit
Ask Kadr for another language, and in about 15 minutes you get a full version: a new voice-over, translated captions, titles and maps. If you want, it also makes its own edit with different footage — a separate video made for viewers in that country.
Each version is made for its audience: viewers get a video in their own language, edited for them — not a copy with a new soundtrack.
Keep your monetization
YouTube, TikTok and Facebook don't pay for mass-produced, repetitive or reused content. Kadr is built so that every video is your own work.
The AI researches and writes original narration for every video instead of reading out someone else's.
A brief mode with strict rules: no found clip stays on screen more than about 5 seconds without a visible change, your commentary and graphics over the footage, licensed music only.
Every piece of footage keeps its source and licence; a credits file is written next to the export.
Finds logos, timecodes and burned-in subtitles in found footage and covers them neatly.
Banned words, source limits, no repeats — the AI must follow them, and the quality check verifies them.
The platforms' rules still apply to you. Kadr helps you follow them, but no tool can guarantee monetization.
Examples
Documentaries, a trailer, Shorts and true crime — in Ukrainian, Russian and Italian. Every one was edited by Kadr's AI.
Earnings
Pick a scenario and change any number. The scenarios are examples to start from, not promises: real results depend on your niche, your audience's country, quality and consistency.
Two channels with long videos, Shorts, TikTok and Facebook.
| Platform | Videos a week per channel | Average views per video | RPM, $ per 1,000 views | Per month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Each video's views are counted in the month it's published; a month has 4.33 weeks. In reality views arrive over weeks and months.
RPM is what you receive per 1,000 views after the platform's share (YouTube keeps 45 % on long videos and 55 % on Shorts). It depends heavily on the niche and the audience's country.
Ranges reported for 2025–2026 and what the scenarios use:

What it costs
Three things — and only the first one is Kadr.
$149.99 per month, less with longer plans. Every feature and every update included.
Kadr's AI runs on your own account: Claude (Pro $20, Max $100 or $200 per month), ChatGPT with Codex (Plus $20 or Pro), or your own API keys, where you pay only for what you use.
Free voices are built in. Paid providers like ElevenLabs bill you directly, and only if you choose them.

Measured on Claude Max 20× ($200): the first video took ≈ 10 % of the 5-hour window and ≈ 2 % of the weekly limit; a translation ≈ 6–7 % and ≈ 1 %. The other Claude plans are scaled by Anthropic's multipliers (Max 5× = 5 × Pro, Max 20× = 20 × Pro). On Pro a long video spans several 5-hour windows — Kadr waits for the reset and continues by itself. Shorts use far less. ChatGPT plans are not measured yet. Kadr's limits meter shows your real numbers after the first video.
The best results today: Claude Code with Opus 5.5, or Codex with OpenAI's top models. Starting with one or two channels? Claude Max 5× is a comfortable balance.
Honest minuses
The first video in a new niche rarely comes out perfect. Expect to experiment with settings, profiles and prompts for a few videos.
Kadr is updated often. Glitches and crashes can happen; they get fixed fast, and you can report a bug from inside the app in two clicks.
Windows or macOS. A graphics card (GPU) is recommended for fast rendering.
Kadr helps you make original videos, but you are responsible for what you publish.
Besides Kadr you need an AI subscription or API credit. The full cost is shown above.

Start with the 2-week trial. If Kadr isn't for you, you've spent $49.99, not a month's licence.
